TORQ, Located in Pleasant Grove, UT, is a competitive and recreational trampoline & tumbling gym. Our classes, under the direction of a veteran world class athlete, cover power tumbling and trampoline for all skill levels ages 3 and up. Whether you are just starting out or have spent years honing your skills, we are here to take you to the next level!

MINI TUMBLERS
MINI TUMBLERS- AGES 3-4
30 MINUTE CLASS ONCE A WEEK
Your cute little ones will learn basic trampoline and tumbling skills that help with hand-eye coordination, strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will help your child build self confidence and strong social skills. And of course, it is super fun too!

Skills learned in this level are: front/back rolls, backbend, handstand, cartwheel, position jumps, seat drop, etc.
TRAMPOLINE & TUMBLING CLASSES
LEVEL 1 T&T
AGES 5+
1 HOUR 15 MINUTE CLASS ONCE A WEEK
If you are new to trampoline and tumbling, this is the class for you. This class focuses on beginning trampoline and tumbling skills and drills.

Skills learned in this level include:
FLOOR- front/back rolls, spider walk (backbend walk), handstand, cartwheel, roundoff, etc.
TRAMP- tuck/pike/straddle jumps, seat drop, belly drop, seat-dog-front roll, etc.
LEVEL 2 T&T
AGES 5+
1 HOUR 15 MINUTE CLASS ONCE A WEEK
If you've done a bit of trampoline and tumbling and have mastered your handstands, cartwheels, round offs, and back bends, Level 2 is the class for you.

Skills learned in this level include:
FLOOR- run-jump-roll, one hand cartwheel, front/back limber, power hurdle/running round off, etc.
TRAMP- swivel hips, seat-dog-front tuck, front tuck, back drop, etc.
*MUST HAVE LEVEL 1 SKILLS TO ENROLL
LEVEL 3 T&T
AGES 5+
1 HOUR 15 MINUTE CLASS ONCE A WEEK
Once you have perfected your front/back limbers, power hurdle/running round offs, front tucks, and back drops, Level 3 is the place to be.

Skills learned in this level include:
FLOOR- standing back handspring, round off back handspring, front/back walkover, etc.
TRAMP- back drop pullover, front pike, etc.

*MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 SKILLS TO ENROLL
LEVEL 4 T&T
AGES 5+
1 HOUR 15 MINUTE CLASS ONCE A WEEK
This class is for you if you have mastered your standing back handspring, round off back handspring, front/back walkovers, back drop pullover, and front pike. Come learn more in Level 4.

Skills learned in this level include:
FLOOR- back tuck, roundoff 4 back handsprings, round off back tuck, standing back tuck, etc.
TRAMP- back tuck/pike, barani tuck/pike, etc.

LEVEL 5 T&T
AGES 5+
1 HOUR 15 MINUTE CLASS ONCE A WEEK
If you have perfected your standing 2 back handsprings, round off 4 back handspring, back tuck, and barani tuck (on trampoline), Level 5 is for you.

Skills learned in this level include:
FLOOR- back pike/straight/full, roundoff back handspring series, round off back handspring back tuck, whips, etc.
TRAMP- barani straight, front full, rudi, back straight/full, etc.
